LEAD's manpower consists of Management, Supervisors, Foremen, and Skilled Personnel. In addition, LEAD is continuously bringing up new qualified manpower through LEAD training schools and has a well-established organization for recruiting qualified manpower from countries around the world. LEAD is widely experienced and is capable of mobilizing more than 8000 Project personnel as well as more than 50 million man hours during peak stages of Project execution.
